It's Siiiimon Dee (or Cyril Nicholas Henty-Dodd as his mother knew him)! Clever and a smooth operator who borrowed from Johnny Carson and furthered the promotion of the E type Jaguar as the ultimate phallic symbol. Ultimately brought down by his ego and the last two decades of his life were plain sad.
