A gold, diamond and gem-set acrostic brooch, reputedly given by Napoleon to his teenage mistress in about 1803, sold at Sotheby's in London for 25,300 today (Thursday). It was bought by one of the world's most important jewellery buyers, Sheikh Ahmed H. Fitaihi from Saudi Arabia. PA. WATCH FOR PA STORY.
