According to the divorce papers, they separated last Friday. The petition specified that Anderson Lee would seek custody of her son, five-month-old son, Brandon Thomas Lee. 25/02/98: Tommy Lee was in custody after being arrested by police in Malibu on suspicion of spousal assault. The Motley Crue drummer was arrested at 7.45pm on Tuesday night at the couple's palatial home in the star-studded resort after a call to police from mother-of-two Ms Anderson. 21/03/02 : Pamela Anderson and her then husband, Tommy Lee, from whom she claims she caught hepatitis C after sharing a tattoo needle. She has undergone outpatient treatment at the University of California Medical Centre in Los Angeles, and claims that Lee never told her he had the condition during their marriage.
