Two 'Pennie Farthings' which equal one new pence, at Westminster when model Penny Trevorrow, in Victorian costume seated on one of them, handed over 630 new penny wafer biscuits (one for each MP). Receiving them was Mr L.A Pavitt (far right) MP for Willesden West (in whose constituency the biscuits are being made). The riders who arrived on the bikes are Derek Wheeler (l) and Brian Thompson.
