Hollywood comedian Bob Hope who celebrates his 93rd birthday on Wednesday, May 29. Bob Hope was born Leslie Towns Hope in Eltham, south London, in 1903 and emigrated to the United States in 1908. As a solo entertainer and with his comedy partner for many films, Bing Crosby, he became one of the most loved entertainers in American entertainment history.
