I was at the Champions League final 2011 at Wembley which was a very enjoyable experience and a magnificent spectacle, even though I was disappointed that United lost, but at least I was able to join in the celebrations with the Barcelona fans....... Wembley is an impressive stadium but it should never have cost £700 million to build! I was sat at the Barca end near the goal and their fans were phenomenal just like their players as all 11 of them were man of the match having totally outclassed United in every department........ Barca have perfected the balance between defense and attack with a tremendous work ethic. They play 5-a-side football on a 11-a-side pitch which is an absolute pleasure to watch. They have the attacking flair of the 1982 Brazil team and the defensive philosophy of the 90's Milan team which makes them very difficult to beat. They will dominate the next few years and I will not be surprised if they retain the trophy next year.....As for United, they should have had a 5 man midfield and man marked Messi, but I still don't think that would have affected the result, as man for man, United have a weaker side.
